Kim Cavalcante BSEE, MBA, CPCC, ACC

Hello! I'm Kim Cavalcante, a Certified Professional Coach with a true passion for helping people thrive in both their personal and professional lives. With a strong background in coaching, mentoring, and consulting, I specialize in executive, leadership, and personal coaching. I'm also a proud co-founder of Momentum Crafters, where we create workshops that bring people together to spark connection and find creative solutions.

I hold certifications from the Co-Active Coaching Institute, Hogan Assessments, and the International Coaching Federation. Before diving into coaching full-time, I spent years in executive sales, marketing, strategy, business development, and management, including time spent in executive education programs at Wharton and the Center for Creative Leadership.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, traveling to new places, cheering on soccer games, or hitting the golf course. For me, coaching is all about building meaningful connections and making sure the journey is as enjoyable as the destination.
